Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at thefragrancegallerycanada@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
